CANCELLATION OF ORDER
- You can cancel your order at any stage, including within 14 days of receiving the goods - this is provided for by the legal provisions regulating distance selling.
- If, upon examining the received product in the presence of the courier, you find that it does not satisfy you for some reason, the courier will draw up a report and the product will be returned in its original packaging together with the accompanying documents. The shipment will be paid for by the online store dabai.lv (To avoid such misunderstandings, we encourage you to carefully study the detailed description of each model in advance.)
- If, despite the detailed description and inspection of the product, you decide to return it to the store within 14 days, you will have to pay the shipping costs. We expect that in this case you will only try on the product, check its functionality and return it as you received it, including packaging and protective films. If the value of the product has decreased due to your actions, we reserve the right to deduct this decrease in value from the refund amount.
- We take care that the product is sent from the store in perfect quality. If, however, you find a technical defect or imperfection in the purchased product within 14 days (Warranty terms), after coordination with us (write an e-mail, and we will send you detailed instructions) you can send it back to the store. In such a case, you have the right to request a replacement of the product or a refund, and the shipping is paid by the store. If the defect does not meet the warranty conditions, after its elimination, you will receive the product with a post-payment, which will be appropriate for the amount of damage elimination and shipping costs.
REFUND
- If for any of the above reasons you need to receive a refund for the product, it will be transferred to the account from which it was transferred. If you want to receive the money to a different account, you must specify this separately. If you make a post-payment, you will be able to receive the money at your post office or in your bank account.
- In the above cases of returning goods, the product is inspected, for which we reserve 5 business days. If the product has been returned in the same condition as it was sent, the store transfers the money immediately.
