TERMS OF USE OF THE ONLINE STORE "dabai.lv"

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases of goods, whether ordered online, by phone, fax or e-mail. Please read this document carefully before ordering goods!

Raeco Ltd. may change the terms of use from time to time. Please read them again before making a repeat purchase.

USER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

  • The user is responsible for all activities from his registered user account and the information he posts, as well as for the confidentiality of his password and user account.
  • The user may not transfer user details (username and password) to third parties. User details may only be used by the specific user (natural or legal person) to whom they have been assigned.
  • The user may not perform any actions that would be against the security of the system. In the event of violations being detected, SIA "Raeco" reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the provision of services without prior notice and without explaining the reason.
  • The user has the right to cancel the order at any stage, including within 30 days after receiving the goods - this is provided for by the provisions of the law regulating distance selling. For more information, read the right of withdrawal.
  • The user has the right to choose the most convenient payment method for themselves, more information about which can be found in the Payment Methods section.

The procedure for filing and reviewing a consumer claim regarding a product or service that does not comply with the terms of the contract, or regarding the consumer's rights and obligations, can be found in the Consumer Rights Protection Law.

By placing an order, the user agrees that the submitted data is processed by SIA "Raeco", Tukums, Zvirgzdu iela 8, LV-3101 in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF SIA "Raeco"

SIA "Raeco" undertakes to ensure the receipt of goods in accordance with the description of products and services at the scheduled time and in the amount. According to Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, Article 52 "Delivery of goods under sales contracts may take place in various ways, either immediately or at a later date. If the parties have not agreed on a specific delivery date, the trader should make the delivery as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract. [...]"
