This kit was inspired by the desire to offer a complete down product care solution: combining Wash + Repel Down 2 in 1 with three drying balls to clean and protect all down products.
We understand that washing down products can be daunting. When you've invested money in a nice jacket that keeps you warm and dry, one wash can turn it into a clumpy, matted mess. However, it's important to care for down. If you don't keep it clean and protected, it won't be as effective, which is why we invented our down care kit to alleviate those fears.
This kit includes:
Wash + Repel Down 2 in 1, our unique two-in-one solution that cleans and protects down in one wash cycle, means less environmental impact and less washing time so you can get back outside faster. This two-in-one formula takes care of your down and synthetic down sleeping bag with powerful cleaning and excellent dirt protection.
3 drying balls that are reusable (up to 1000 washes) and effectively prevent down products from clumping and restore their loft. Previously, people used tennis balls, but they can stain clothing and damage down. We recommend using these drying balls as they gently restore down loft, meaning your down will be maximally effective again.
Usage:
- Use 2 x 50ml caps (100ml) per product (add 50ml for each additional product).
- Place the product where you usually put your laundry detergent. (We recommend ensuring that this area is clean, free of other products and residues)
- Wash on a full cycle at 30°C or according to the care label instructions.
- After washing, check that the down is evenly distributed, add the drying balls, and periodically check during the drying cycle.
- Once drying is fully complete, you can go!

If I don't like the product, can I return it?
- You can cancel your order at any stage, including within 14 days after receiving the product - as stipulated by the regulations governing distance selling.
- If, upon inspecting the received product in the presence of the courier, you find that it does not satisfy you for some reason, the courier will prepare a report and the product in its original packaging along with accompanying documents will be sent back. (To avoid such misunderstandings, we encourage you to carefully study the detailed description of each model in advance.)
- If, despite the detailed description and inspection of the product, it does not satisfy you, you can return it within 14 days. We expect that in this case you will only try on the product, check its functionality, and return it as you received it, including packaging and protective films. If the value of the product has decreased due to your actions, we reserve the right to deduct this value reduction from the refundable amount.
- We ensure that the product is shipped from the store in impeccable quality. However, if you find any technical defect or imperfection in the purchased product within 14 days (Warranty Terms), after coordinating with us (write an email, and we will send you detailed instructions), you can send it back to the store. In this case, you have the right to request a product exchange or a refund. If the defect does not meet the warranty conditions, after its rectification you will receive the product with a payment due that corresponds to the cost of the repair and shipping expenses.
- Returns are free!
REFUND:
- If for any of the reasons mentioned above you need to receive back the money paid for the product, it will be transferred to the account from which it was credited. If you want to receive the money in a different account, this must be specified separately.
- In the aforementioned cases of product returns, a product inspection is carried out, for which we reserve 5 working days. If the product has been returned in the same condition as it was sent, dabai.lv will refund the money within 2-5 working days.
